its been a rough week... last tuesday, ben threw up first thing in the morning. he ran a little bit of a fever mid-day, but mostly seemed himself and was fine the next day. on thursday, sophie came down with a full-on flu, which i caught as well. she and i spent the end of the week on the couch together, being miserable. ben and adam stayed healthy during all of this, and adam did a great job to keep ben entertained and away from the germs as much as he could. however, the flu has faded and morphed into the worlds worst cold. sophie doesn't have it as badly and ben didn't seem to be bothered at all, but today he started with a crazy runny nose. he's just wet-faced all the time and needs to blow his nose every five minutes or so. and he's pretty cranky because it makes it difficult for him to eat and sleep, which, let's face it, are some of his favorite things to do. hopefully he'll be feeling better tomorrow and we can all start toward being healthier next week!
