successful second sleepover ben had his second overnight on saturday. it was the first time he'd spent the night with adam's parents, and also the first time the kiddos had both been overnight together. the reports all came back great, and ben had a great time. nana said that sophie really watched out for her brother, which i expected she would do. she's very protective of him, even though sometimes it seems as though she just likes to tell on him. adam and i missed both kiddos, of course, but we had a great time finishing up our christmas shopping and even managed time for a nice dinner out and some quiet time together. we were both ready to see sophie and ben again, though, and loved all the bigs hugs and kisses we got when they came home the next morning!
