total potty regression oh well. it was nice while it lasted. ben has decided he's not as interested in the potty anymore. i suspected it might happen because he's still so young. he was doing so well, but we had a couple of hectic weeks with a lot of out-and-about and it threw him off a bit. now with the holidays coming and everything, i'm just not going to worry about it. he still spends a lot of time at home diaper-less and does ok - some accidents, but some successes, too - and i plan to just continue following his cues. after the craziness of christmas is over, then maybe we'll start some kind of incentive system to encourage him along. but for now, i'm happy to just let him go at his own pace.
