yup, i think its official its been nearly two weeks since i wrote about ben sleeping through the night on most nights. of course, he did end up waking that very night, but that was the last time. i'd say he's officially sleeping through the night now. of course, that means he's cut out the one major nursing session of his day. he still nurses briefly before bed, but i can see that will probably be winding down, too. it makes me a little sad to think that he's nearly done, but we've had a great 18 months and i'm proud to have nursed him so long. and ultimately, i wanted to leave the time-frame up to him (a process called child-led weaning) and i feel really good that he's been able to go just as long as he wanted to.
