"good" we ask "how you doing?" a lot to both kids. whether we're in another room and just calling out to check on them or simply asking. sophie always responds with "good." ben, until now, hasn't really responded at all beyond a giggle. but ben is so observant, and now whenever i ask him how he's doing, he'll respond, every solemnly, "good." all on his own. it's so adorable. and it's cute to watch him trying to emulate sophie - he pays attention to everything she does and is always trying to copy her. he really is a smart little guy. i think when he finally does start using more words he's really going to surprise us!
