and one more thing... i'm just full of entries today. i just wanted to mention that benjamin has slept through the night for two nights in a row. i have no idea if this trend will continue, but i'd be impressed just to have it happen occasionally. he's slept through a few times in the past, but nothing consistent - and it's very rare. the last time he slept through the night was when he was sick with the flu... and before that, i can't even remember. when his top molars were coming in, he had a really tough time at night and was waking 3-4 times a night to nurse. i crossed my fingers that it wouldn't turn into a habit for him, but sure enough once the teeth came through he went back to getting up just once a night. maybe he really is going to stop getting up at night now. i won't hold my breath, but it's a sure sign that he's growing up even more!
