getting in on the dress-up action sophie's birthday was yesterday and we had a dress-up themed party for her. everyone brought a little something to add to her new dress-up box, and we had some little accessories - crowns, necklaces and bracelets - to share with all of the guests. ben wouldn't keep a crown on, but when he was in the playroom with the other kids, he found some necklaces on the ground. he picked them up and put them on all by himself. it was really cute to watch. he kept looking at the bigger kids and then down at his necklaces, as though he was really pleased to be dressed up just like them. he thought it was pretty hilarious. here's a particularly cute shot of him with his necklaces and one of sophie's new hats...
