welcome home daddy! adam had been gone for the past three days on business and came home late last night after sophie and ben were both in bed. while he was away, brianna came to stay with us and we had three crazy days of traveling to and from windham for brianna's school and a shopping trip to north conway; we were totally off any kind of normal schedule for the entire time, but ben did really well adjusting. he had to be up about 2 hours before his normal wake-up time each day, so he was really pooped by the evening - but he did well to sleep in the car and just went to bed a little earlier than usual. he missed adam while he was gone and would ask for him throughout the three days. when he woke up in the middle of the night to nurse last night, he saw adam in bed and giggled right away... it was pretty cute.
