thanks, noah! before ben was born, renee and craig boxed up all of noah's 0-3 and 3-6 months clothes for us to borrow. it was fantastic having so much that we didn't need to worry about buying. now that ben is moving out of his 3-6 month clothes, renee got a whole new bundle of stuff ready for us! we got 2 big boxes of stuff up through 18 months (and even a few 24 months), which is what noah was wearing last summer. so as long as ben can keep up with how noah was growing, we'll need hardly anything for summer clothes! we all met up yesterday in kittery to pick up the clothes and have some lunch together. i was a little nervous about how sophie and ben would do in the restaurant. sophie usually does well - and she did great this time, too - but after having been strapped in his carseat for the whole ride down and not eating in between, i wasn't sure how patient ben would be. well, i didn't need to worry - he was fantastic. we brought in the chubby seat cover and he sat in the restaurant highchair (for the first time - like a big boy!) and played with a couple of toys and just looked around. he didn't fuss once - we were very proud of how well all three kids did. i don't think the hostess expected such good behavior, because she sat us off in our very own corner of the restuarant away from everyone else! i can't blame her, and actually i think i liked it that way because i wasn't so nervous about them making a little extra noise. anyway, it was a fun afternoon and we're so grateful to noah for letting ben borrow his clothes. :-)
