still here... still pregnant with less than a week left, i keep wondering if each day will be "the day." i had said a few weeks ago that i hoped to make it through halloween, because i wanted to be able to get sophie dressed up and take her trick-or-treating to some family. i am glad that we got to have that night with her, but now that its over i feel like i am totally, completely ready for this little guy to come. sure, i am anxious about labor and delivery, and i'm certainly nervous about what it will be like to be the mama to two little ones - but i'm also ready to find out. i feel like i just can't grow anymore. my hips and lower back hurt from the extra weight and the way he is positioned lower now... and my skin just feels literally stretched to its limits. i have loved being pregnant, and i'm still enjoying every little wiggle i feel inside and i'm still in awe of the miracle of pregnancy every time i see myself in a mirror... but i want to meet our little man now.
